WWII British No. 4 Mk II Spike bayonet measuring 9-3/4" overall. All steel construction, very good condition showing age patina, some paint loss.  Excellent working press-stud, Model markings on the left side of pommel.  The steel scabbard throat is marked, "No. 4 Mk II
PSS 1942" PSS stands for one of the 4 manufactures of these bayonets, Prince-Smith and Stells.
