Known for Chicken Water Jug. The guest of the famous Hotel Hassler in Rome would request favorite whiskey in a chicken water jug. Chuck Williams of Williams and Sonoma tracked down the manufacturer. Chuck had them manufactured full glazed and hand decorated earthen ware. Sold in 1985 at William and Sonoma.
This Chicken jug is in excellent condition. No cracks or chips. The lips are not cracked. It's the glaze. Measurements are approximate
