Art Deco
French knives from the 1920’s-1930’s have stainless steel blades,
bakelite
handles and handsome silver ferrules in a classic
Art Deco
geometric design. The handles feature a "
flame
” pattern and the color varies slightly from piece to piece. The blades are stamped “
Acier
inoxydable
” (stainless steel). Offered in its original dark green faux snakeskin case with yellow lining, this set is in very good condition with the exception of signs of age and normal use, including a very small crack on two handles, not affecting the stability of the knives.
