    LARGE OVAL DEEP SERVING PLATTER MEASURES 17" LONG, 14" ACROSS, 2 1/4" DEEP. SIGNED CACF FAENZA AND HAS THE SIGMA THE TASTESETTER STICKER. WEIGHS 4.10  POUNDS BEFORE PACKAGING. THIS PLATTER WOULD SHIP ALONE...NO COMBINED SHIPPING WITH THIS PIECE.
    THE GAROFANO DESIGN WAS INITALLY DEVELOPED IN THE ITALIAN REGION OF LOMBARDIA, BUT LATER BECAME WORLD FAMOUS SIGNATURE PATTERN FROM THE MAJOLICA TOWN OF FAENZA. HISTORY STATES THAT MARCO POLO BROUGHT THE GAROFANO PATTERN FROM THE ORIENT IN 1279.
