This is a very nice set of 13 PRESSER MUSIC REWARDS CARDS showing famous musicians.  These are unique and rare cards published in the early 1900s by Presser of Philadelphia.  The front of the card shows a musician and his/her birthplace.
These are not postcards, but they are the size of postcards.  They look like antique postcards from the front, but the back has the history of the musician, their date of birth and death, their autograph, and a piece of their work. The back does not have a place to put a stamp or to write a message. They were made to be collected like this as a historical document.
These are unique and rare cards.  These cards retail for + each.  It is rare to see these cards in a full set like this. This set is very good for a collector or dealer. They will retain their value.
There are 13 cards in this lot.  The people are: Fr. Chopin; Gioacchino Rossini; Franz Schubert; J. Brahms; Cecile Chaminade; Giuseppe Verdi; Robert Schumann; George Friederich
Handel; Franz von Liszt; C. M. v.Weber; Nicolas Rimsky-Korsakow; Richard Wagner; and Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy.
These are BETTER CARDS and are good for a collector or dealer. They will keep their value.  Often these cards are sold as individual items for many dollars each. They are sleeved and in good condition. However, please expect some creases, stains and edge wear due to their age.
