    Description

Emile Puiforcat French .950 silver flatware set in the very rare Renaissance #49 pattern.  42 piece, assembled set for six people.  The foliate pattern is set against a stippled background and has great detail.  The applied monograms make this set extra special.  Nice, substantial weight to these pieces with great balance in the hand.
Each item is monogramed as shown in the photo.  The dinner forks, dinner spoons, dessert forks and dessert spoons are monogramed with the "PB" applied monogram, the teaspoons and the, all silver, dessert knives are monogramed with the "T" monogram, and the seafood/cocktail forks are monogramed with the script monogram.
    The set consists of:
6 dinner forks  8 1/2" length, applied monogram
6 dinner spoons  8 1/2" length, applied monogram
6 dessert forks  7 1/2" length, applied monogram
6 dessert spoons 7 1/2" length, applied monogram
    6 teaspoons  5 7/8" length, incised monogram
6 seafood / cocktail forks  5 3/8" length,  incised monogram
6 all silver, blade and handle, dessert knives,  incised monogram
Total of 42 pieces, very rare and desirable pattern by one of France's most revered and well-known silversmiths.
Excellent, pre-owned condition.  No major defects.  Fork tines are not worn, pattern is crisp.
I have another set of six place settings that includes serving pieces, including a soup ladle, salad serving set, caring set, pastry servers, etc.,  as well.  Please ask if you are interested.
