Murano Italy Effetre Glass Opalescent Blue Plates Dishes lot of 16 (4 settings)

This lot includes 16 dishes total (4 place settings of 4 dishes each) each setting has a dinner plate, a soup/pasta bowl, a salad plate and a bread/desert place.
These are gorgeous Effetre Murano plates in a color that is translucent opalescent blue/periwinkle. Most of the pieces are stamped/signed and the set comes with a factory certificate.
Each dish is an exquisite work of art and they seem to glow and turn
opalescent in the light. I tried photographing them on both light and dark backgrounds but t
he opalescent colors are so unique, that it is very challenging to capture their true beauty in the photos.
These are in vintage, as-is condition, but they are basically pristine and seem to have been rarely, if ever, used: two of them still had factory certificates affixed to them.
Most of the dishes have Effetre Murano fully or partially stamped/visible on the bottom, some do not.
The certificate (see photo) is in English and Italian, and reads: "This certificate guarantees that every subject included in the "Effetre" Collection is hand made in the Murano's factory owned by the "Ferro" family which works since thousand years in the ancient glass tradition."
Please Note: Each dish is handmade, so the color, size and opalescence may vary slightly in each piece. The four salad plates, as indicated below, seem to have more of a milk-glass consistency than the rest of the dishes, but still blend beautifully with the collection.
Lot of 16 dishes includes:
4 dinner plates: each measures aprox 9 1/2 to 9 and 3/4 inches across.
4 soup/pasta bowls: each measures aprox 9 1/2 inches across
4 salad/desert plates: each measures aprox 8 1/2 inches across (these 4 plates are the same color but are a slightly more milk-glass solid rather than see-through opalescent)
4 bread/desert plates: each measures aprox 8 inches across.
These will be packed and shipped with the utmost care. Local pickup possible in the Boston area.
These make for stunning table settings, or even just to elevate an everyday meal!
