Does this device requires Caller ID service?
Yes, this device requires that the Caller ID service is active on your phone line.  If you are not sure that you have the caller id service, please contact your phone service provider to make sure you have this service.  Also, your phone service provider may charge additional monthly fee for Caller ID service.
Can I use it without the batteries?
Yes, but the blue backlight nor the incoming call alert lights will function.  Also, if you lose power, you will lose the year setting.
Will I lose my store numbers or time/date information when I lose AC power?
No, assuming that you installed batteries (not included).
Do I need one (1) call blocker per phone line or per phone?
You only need one (1) call blocker to protect your phone line (or per phone number), regardless of the number of phone(s) you have, corded or cordless handsets.
