This is an original Happy Birthday greeting card produced by Buzza/Cardozo featuring a playable record voiced by Mel Blanc and Lennie Weinrib.
Comes from a smoke-free home.
The card is in two pieces, along the perforated middle.  I personally haven't played the record, but looks to be in great condition. The "sticky" area on the envelope seems to have some residue on it. See photos for overall condition.  Comes with an original envelope.
