This is a lovely ceramic wall hanging plate, hand crafted by Italian artists
The item is NOT stamped: "Ceramiche Arcobaleno by Bertinazzo  Made in Italy". It simply has a sticker saying "made in Italy". However, all of the cream-colored pieces in this series have the stamp. Because the plate is so dark, I assume that the stamp would not show, so was not used.
There are no chips or blemishes or scratches in this piece
It is in good to excellent pre-owned condition
