This is a Portland Trailblazers 2009-2010 hat autographed by Jeff Pendergraph with the original tag from Collegiate USA intact and attached.
The autograph is on the visor and has been verified authentic. On the crown of the hat is an all white version of the Blazers' logo, with a white "Rip city" logo on the back, both of these logos contrasting nicely with the black color of the baseball cap.
It is made in China of 100% cotton.
This item comes in great condition but both the tag and the hat itself have some signs of wear and fading respectively.
