Antique SOLID Silver MISTLETOE Letter Opener Wax Seal Tool Nail Xmas Art Nouveau

I am selling a collection of chatelaine items and have several mistletoe pieces so please see my other listings.
ABOUT:
I absolutely love the art nouveau movement in the mistletoe design of this little antique Victorian solid silver piece. It has raised mistletoe leaves and berries on both sides.  This is an antique piece dating to the turn of the century / Art Nouveau era.  It has a stainless steel blade (the handle is silver) with nice sharpness so it could serve as a small letter opener, or I have seen these pieces in manicure sets or writing / desk sets as a wax seal tool.
NO MONOGRAMS on it.
4 1/4 inches in length.
MARKS:
I couldn't find a hallmark.  Blade is steel.  The handle tested as solid silver and under magnification, absolutely not silver plate.
IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:
Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned with some age to them so they are in estate condition. The piece does not have any dents.  A few areas of tarnish.  Also has some more faint surface wear and scratching from use and polishing over the years but the designs are nice and crisp. It has held its shape well.  Some discoloration to the steel blade but still sharp.
But Please note that due to age this piece is not in mint condition.
