*This item is an antique and will show some sign of use and age. The box that houses the 6 spoons is lined with blue velvet and what appears to be blue silk. The box dimensions are 6 5/8"L x 5 1/2"W. Each spoon has its own indented spot within the box.  There are surface markings on each spoon and each spoon also has some dark smudges in the mouth as well as some on the backside of the spoons.
Please refer to photos. The makers make is not very legible
on each spoon (mostly faded), along with the silver hallmark of the Minerva head and number 2 (silver fineness for .800). The items could use a good clean polishing to make them shine.
*Four of the spoons have the same shield of the cross with crown pattern. The fifth spoon has a shield of the bend sinister with crown and the sixth spoon has the shield of the bend sinister with a bird and flower, along with the crown and the word 'wimereux' in the base of the crown.
