    Description

For auction is a well used 3rd pattern British commando knife. Knife displays use overall with most of the finish on the blade missing. Blade displays use and frosting overall. But overall its a solid knife. This is unique in the sense that it has the Broad Arrow B2 marking on it, and its marked on the top of the handle by the handguard. I have not seen a 3rd pattern marked like this before. Mold pattern #1 marked at the pommel. The retaining nut has a hole drilled in it to attach a lanyard of some sort. Marked ENGLAND on the thick handguard. Comes in its original 3rd pattern late war leather scabbard also marked ENGLAND. Blade measures 6 7/8" with an overall length of just under 11 3/4". This was definately a used war horse. Leather sheath is pretty nice with all 4 tabs still present and some of the original elastic keeper still present. Theres a hole at the top of the sheath with correlates to the same height as the hole in the pommel nut.... Pictures should say it all. Please email me with any questions that you may have. Please see my other auctions for more WW2 commando knives. Starting at .00 in a true action with no reserve. These have been hitting crazy amounts lately.... Good luck!
